About The NCCA
The NCCA establishes the highest standards within the carpet and upholstery cleaning industry. It provides training for members in order to achieve the above and keep members abreast of developments such as new chemicals, equipment, new fibres and materials to ensure that all members have the requisite skills and are covered by adequate public liability insurance. The NCCA also provides a customer advisory service and a register of approved carpet cleaners ensuring that all members live up to the Association motto “Service with Integrity”
